bellissima installazione di Giovanna Cerise ispirata all'opera "Il

scomparsa, lasciando posto solo a pochi cyborg-insetti.
raccontato.
Come ormai d’abitudine, l’evento verrà trasmesso in streaming web. Conduce la serata: Helenita Arriaga
lunedì 27 febbraio 2012, ore 22.00 1.00 PM SLT
The careless use of their intelligence led the man to the self-destruction. On our planet, without humans, the Nature missed her aspect, almost plasticizing themselves, in cold colours.
A few species of insects have survived because they have adapted themselves in the new environment. But unfortunately, there are always some creatures that repeat all the humans’ errors.
They use the technologic to overwhelm the others, they manipulate them by their cybernetic and they exploit them.
Through their work, some natural element survives whose benefits effects are for the exclusive use of the dominant race.
Opening on the 7th of February 2012 1 pm SLT
20th January at 1.00 pm SL We’re inaugurating in the island of Imparafacile the
Giovanna Cerise’s new installation inspired to "The Magic
Flute" of W. A. Mozart
A surprising opera that unfolds in a series of environments full of references,
allusions and allegories, in an infinite game of layers that overlap and
intersect.
The bright stairs can be one of the tracks to follow to retrace the journey of
the opera’s protagonist and allowing the visitor to replace it, but, as in any
journey of personal growth, the path isn’t easy and the risk of falling and of
go back is always present.
We give you some tips to better appreciate and interact with this opera:
1. It is best to explore the installation simply walking through, but you get a
good effect also flying between locations and by inserting the mouse look.
2. You can listen some the citations of the work by clicking on musical notes,
located in strategic points and allow both to activate the music in World or to
open musical links on Youtube
3. The immersion is also stimulated by the use of poses that encourage
interactivity with the work
4. Before the visit, we recommend reading the story of "The Magic Flute," to
appreciate the many references in the installation to musical opera. http://slurl.com/secondlife/Imparafacile/168/135/2481
